We have held numerous meetings with financial groups that will support our projects, either as financiers or as development partners.
Site visit to the Vaca Muerta field in Neuquén, Argentina, to assess its potential for investment in hydrocarbon exploration and production, as well as the provision of drilling and well workover services.
Visit to Peru and meetings with Petroperu officials, with preliminary agreements to invest in two oil fields in the Talara sector.
Field visits in eastern Ecuador to identify potential oil fields and the corresponding investment opportunities.
Meetings in Ecuador with the state-owned mining company and review of potential mining projects of interest to us.
Preliminary review in Ecuador of potential hydroelectric and thermal power generation projects.
Invitation received from PDVSA-Chevron to participate in the development of oil fields and the provision of drilling and well workover equipment; visits to Venezuela and potential fields are being planned.
Invitation from the Minister of Energy of Guyana to visit and study potential inland fields; a visit to the country and potential fields is planned.
Plans are in place to review projects in Egypt and a potential visit to that country.
We are exploring the market for the potential acquisition of an oil well drilling company with an established presence and good reputation.
